Frustrated Blog!!!!!!!!!

I tried to create a new blog at Wordpress.com, but I didn't understand anything. In fact, I created it, but now I absolutely ignore how to post. Wordpress seem to be nicer but also harder!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I need help!!
